  • 40 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 30 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
  • 20 Power Snatches (115/75 lbs)
  • 10 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20 in)

Time Cap: 20 Minutes
