Tabata Weightlifting Bench

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest
  • Bench Press at bodyweight

Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Choose a weight that challenges you but allows for proper form throughout the entire Tabata. This workout will test your muscular endurance and strength.
