Tabata Weightlifting BenchTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
- Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
- Burpees over the Bench
Instructions:
- Alternate between Bench Press and Burpees over the Bench for 8 rounds of Tabata.
- Score is the total number of reps completed in all 8 rounds.
- The weight for the Bench Press should be challenging but allow for continuous movement.
- Focus on maintaining a consistent pace throughout all rounds.
