  • 40 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 30 Deadlifts (225/155)
  • 20 Toes-to-Bar
  • 10 Power Cleans (135/95)

Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Notes: Make sure to scale the weight accordingly to maintain good form throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push through the chipper format to complete the workout within the time cap.
