EMOM Weightlifting BenchEMOM for 15 minutes:
- 5 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
- 5 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
Instructions:
- Perform 5 Bench Press reps every minute on the minute, then complete 5 Box Jumps before starting the next round.
- Choose a weight that allows you to complete the Bench Press unbroken for all 15 rounds.
- Focus on explosiveness on the Box Jumps to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
