Tabata Strength Bench

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
  • 1 minute rest between movements

  1. Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  2. Push-ups
  3. Bench Dips
  4. Plank Hold

Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of each movement, alternating between Bench Press, Push-ups, Bench Dips, and Plank Hold.
- Rest 1 minute between each movement.
- Score is total reps completed for each movement.
