AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 20 Russian Kettlebell Swings (70/53 lbs)

Equipment: Bench, Box, Kettlebell


Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes, moving quickly between exercises and maintaining proper form on the bench press. Adjust the weight as needed to challenge yourself while maintaining good technique.
