Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
  • Bench Press (135/95 lbs)

Instructions:
- Complete as many reps as possible during each 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round.
- Score is total number of reps completed across all 8 rounds.
- Choose a weight that allows for consistent movement throughout the entire Tabata workout.
