Tabata Strength Bench

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
  • Max Reps Bench Press (Bodyweight)
  • Rest 1 minute between rounds

Equipment:
- Bench
- Barbell or dumbbells


Instructions:
Perform as many reps of Bench Press at your bodyweight as possible in each 20-second work interval. Rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Rest for 1 minute between each of the 8 rounds. Score is total number of reps completed across all rounds.
