  • 21-15-9
    • Bench Press (135/95)
    • Burpees over Bench

Equipment:
- Bench
- Barbell
- Weight plates


Instructions:
Complete 21 Bench Presses, followed by 21 Burpees over the Bench, then 15 Bench Presses, 15 Burpees over the Bench, and finally 9 Bench Presses and 9 Burpees over the Bench. Time cap is 12 minutes. Make sure to use proper bench press form and maintain a steady pace throughout the workout.
