EMOM Weightlifting BenchEMOM for 12 Minutes:
- 5 Bench Press at 75% of 1RM

Instructions:
- Set up a bench press station with appropriate weight.
- Every minute on the minute, perform 5 bench press reps at 75% of your one-rep max.
- Rest the remainder of the minute.
- Focus on maintaining proper form and control throughout each set.
