Tabata Weightlifting Bench

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Bench Press
    2. Burpees

Equipment:
- Bench
- Barbell or dumbbells


Instructions:
- Alternate between 20 seconds of max effort bench press and 20 seconds of max effort burpees, resting for 10 seconds in between each round.
- Score is the total number of reps completed for both movements combined.
- Adjust weight and pace as needed to maintain intensity throughout all 8 rounds.
