Tabata Weightlifting Bench

Tabata format:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
  • Bench Press
  • Rest 1 minute
  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
  • Bench Dips

Equipment:
- Bench
- Weight plates for Bench Press


Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible during the 20 seconds of work, resting for 10 seconds in between each round. Switch between Bench Press and Bench Dips for a full upper body burn. Adjust weight as needed for both movements.
