Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
  • Bench Press (135/95 lbs)

Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible during the 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Keep track of your total reps completed throughout all 8 rounds.
