For Time:


  • 50 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • 40 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups

Equipment: Bench, Box, Dumbbells


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Notes: Make sure to choose a weight for the bench press that challenges you but allows for good form throughout the workout. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity.
