Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
  • Max reps Bench Press

Equipment:
- Bench
- Barbell or dumbbells


Instructions:
- Choose a weight that allows you to perform continuous reps for each 20-second work interval.
- Rest for 10 seconds between each round.
- Score is total number of reps completed across all 8 rounds.
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.
