EMOM Weightlifting Bench

EMOM for 12 Minutes:


  • 5 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • 5 Burpees Over the Bench

Instructions:
- Perform 5 Bench Press and 5 Burpees Over the Bench every minute on the minute for 12 minutes.
- Choose a weight that allows you to complete the bench press unbroken for all rounds.
- Scale the weight as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout.
