EMOM Weightlifting BenchEMOM for 10 minutes:
- 5 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
- 5 Box Jumps (24/20")
Instructions:
- Perform 5 Bench Press reps every minute on the minute for 10 minutes.
- After completing the Bench Press reps, immediately perform 5 Box Jumps.
- Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round.
- Choose a weight for the Bench Press that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
- Scale the height of the box jump as needed to ensure safety and proper technique.
