This workout will challenge both your upper body strength with the bench press and explosive power with the box jumps. Focus on maintaining good form throughout the bench press to maximize your strength output. Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to complete each set unbroken. The box jumps should be performed with full extension at the top of each jump. Time cap: 12 minutes.
