Tabata:
- Bench Press


Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible of bench press in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes).
- Use a challenging weight that allows for proper form throughout the workout.
- Score is total number of reps completed.
