Instructions:
Complete 21 Bench Presses, followed by 21 Box Jumps, then 15 of each, and finally 9 of each. Time cap of 12 minutes. Make sure to choose a weight for the Bench Press that challenges you, but allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
