  • 5 Barbell Rows
  • 5 Burpees

Barbell Weight: #135 / #95


Instructions: Perform 5 Bench Press, 5 Barbell Rows, and 5 Burpees every minute on the minute for 15 minutes. Adjust the weight as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout. Push yourself to complete each round within the minute.
