EMOM Strength Bench

EMOM for 10 minutes:


  • 5 Bench Press
  • 10 Push-ups

Equipment: Bench


Instructions:
- Start each minute with 5 Bench Press, then complete 10 Push-ups before the next minute begins.
- Choose a challenging weight for the Bench Press that allows you to complete all reps with good form.
- Focus on maintaining a consistent pace throughout the EMOM.
