AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Peg Board Climbs
  • 10 Deadlifts (#225/#155)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24"/20")

Instructions:
- Each round consists of 5 Peg Board Climbs, 10 Deadlifts, and 15 Box Jumps.
- Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.
- Scale the weight and height of the box jumps as needed.
- Maintain good form throughout the workout to prevent injury.
