  • 50 Wall Balls
  • 40 Box Jumps
  • 30 Deadlifts
  • 20 Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 Wall Walks

Equipment:
- Wall Ball


Barbell: #185 / #135
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Complete the reps for each movement in order, moving as quickly as possible while maintaining proper form. Push yourself to go unbroken on the Wall Balls and Deadlifts, and scale movements as needed to maintain intensity.
