- 20 seconds of Deadlifts
- 10 seconds of rest
Barbell: #185 / #135
Instructions: Perform as many reps as possible in the 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on technique and maintaining good form throughout each interval.
