Tabata Weightlifting Resistance Band

Tabata format (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds) for each movement:
- Resistance Band Thrusters
- Resistance Band Deadlifts
- Resistance Band Bent Over Rows
- Resistance Band Bicep Curls


Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of each movement in Tabata format before moving on to the next.
- Score is total reps completed across all movements.
- Adjust band resistance as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
