Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest):


  • Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
  • Resistance Band Bicep Curls
  • Resistance Band Rows
  • Resistance Band Tricep Extensions

Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes total). Focus on maintaining good form and intensity throughout each round.
