Tabata Weightlifting Resistance Band

Tabata (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for 8 rounds each movement):


  • Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
  • Resistance Band Bicep Curls
  • Resistance Band Rows
  • Resistance Band Tricep Extensions

Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
- Complete 8 rounds of each movement before moving to the next.
- Focus on maintaining proper form and maximizing reps during the work intervals.
- Adjust band tension as needed to challenge yourself.
