Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) at each station:
    1. Resistance Band Deadlifts
    2. Resistance Band Bent Over Rows
    3. Resistance Band Bicep Curls
    4. Resistance Band Tricep Extensions

Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest at each station before moving on to the next.
- Choose a resistance band that challenges you for each movement.
- Focus on maintaining proper form and engaging the muscles throughout each movement.
- Score is total reps completed across all 4 movements.
