Tabata Strength Resistance BandTabata:
- 8 rounds of:
- Resistance Band Deadlifts (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off)
- Resistance Band Shoulder Press (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off)
Instructions:
- Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement, alternating between Resistance Band Deadlifts and Resistance Band Shoulder Press.
- Complete a total of 8 rounds for each movement.
- Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout the entire workout.
- Adjust resistance band tension as needed to challenge yourself.
