Bandit Tabata Strength // Sunday - 2025.09.28

Tabata Strength Resistance Band

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
- Alternating between:
- Resistance Band Deadlifts
- Resistance Band Bent Over Rows


Instructions:
- Set up a resistance band securely for deadlifts and rows.
- Perform as many reps as possible in 20 seconds for each movement.
- Rest for 10 seconds between each round.
- Alternate between deadlifts and rows for 8 rounds total.
- Focus on maintaining proper form and engaging the muscles throughout each movement.
