Tabata Strength Resistance Band

Tabata:


  • Resistance Band Deadlifts (8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest)
  • Resistance Band Bent Over Rows (8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest)
  • Resistance Band Push Press (8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest)

Instructions:
- Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds.
- Choose a resistance band that challenges you but allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
- Focus on maintaining proper technique and engaging the correct muscles during each movement.
- Rest for 1-2 minutes between each exercise to maximize effort during the Tabata intervals.
