Tabata Strength Resistance Band

Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement):


  1. Resistance Band Deadlifts
  2. Resistance Band Bent-over Rows
  3. Resistance Band Front Squats
  4. Resistance Band Push Press

Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next movement.
- Complete 8 rounds (4 minutes) of each movement before moving on to the next.
- Focus on maintaining good form and control throughout each round.
- Adjust band tension as needed to challenge yourself while maintaining proper technique.
- Score is the lowest number of reps completed in a round for each movement.
