Tabata Strength Resistance Band

Tabata:


  • Resistance Band Deadlifts (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off)
  • Resistance Band Push Press (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off)
  • Resistance Band Bent Over Rows (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off)
  • Resistance Band Thrusters (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off)

Instructions:
- Perform each exercise for 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.
- Rest 1 minute between each exercise.
- Choose a resistance band that challenges you for each movement.
- Focus on maintaining proper form and engaging your muscles throughout each interval.
