Tabata:


  • Resistance Band Deadlifts (8 rounds)
  • Resistance Band Shoulder Press (8 rounds)
  • Resistance Band Bent-Over Rows (8 rounds)

Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Complete 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next. Focus on maintaining good form and engaging the muscles throughout each round. Adjust band tension as needed to challenge yourself.
