  • Resistance Band Pull-Ups x 8 rounds
  • Resistance Band Push-Ups x 8 rounds
  • Resistance Band Air Squats x 8 rounds

Instructions:
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between each movement. This workout will challenge your upper body and lower body strength using only a resistance band. Focus on maintaining good form throughout each movement.
