Tabata Cardio Resistance BandTabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off):
- Resistance Band Jumping Jacks
- Resistance Band Mountain Climbers
- Resistance Band High Knees
- Resistance Band Burpees
Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
- Complete 8 rounds (4 minutes) of each movement before moving to the next.
- The goal is to push yourself to maintain intensity throughout the 20 seconds of work.
- Scale movements or adjust resistance as needed to maintain proper form and intensity.
Notes:
- Make sure to properly secure the resistance band before starting each movement to prevent injury.
- Focus on quick transitions between movements to maximize the workout's intensity.
- Have water and a towel nearby to stay hydrated and dry during the workout.
