Tabata Gymnastics Resistance BandTabata:
- Resistance Band Pull-ups
- Resistance Band Push-ups
- Resistance Band Air Squats
- Resistance Band Plank Hold
Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds.
- Complete 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next.
- Score is total reps completed across all movements.
- Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the workout to prevent injury.
