Tabata Cardio Resistance Band

Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) of:


  • Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
  • Box Jumps

Instructions:
- Perform 20 seconds of max effort Resistance Band Pull-Aparts, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
- Immediately transition to 20 seconds of max effort Box Jumps, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
- Score is total reps completed for both movements.
- Adjust resistance band tension and box height as needed for individual skill levels.
- Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout each 20-second interval.
