  • Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
  • Resistance Band Bicep Curls
  • Resistance Band Tricep Extensions
  • Resistance Band Rows

Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds.
- Focus on maintaining proper form and full range of motion throughout each interval.
- Rest 1 minute between each movement.
- Complete all 4 movements for a full Tabata workout.
- Adjust band resistance as needed to challenge yourself.
