Tabata Cardio Resistance BandTabata:
- Resistance Band Rows
- Resistance Band Push-ups
- Resistance Band Squats
- Resistance Band Mountain Climbers
Instructions: Perform each exercise for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between each movement.
Notes: Make sure to maintain good form throughout each movement and push yourself during the work intervals. Adjust the resistance band tension as needed to challenge yourself.
