Tabata Skill Resistance Band

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
    2. Resistance Band Rows
    3. Resistance Band Bicep Curls

Skill Emphasis: Focus on proper form and control throughout each movement. Keep tension in the resistance band at all times.


Notes: This Tabata workout will target different muscle groups using the resistance band. Make sure to maintain good posture and engage your core during each movement.
