Tabata Cardio Resistance Band

Tabata:


  • Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
  • Jumping Lunges
  • Burpees
  • Mountain Climbers

Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) per movement.
- Rest 1 minute between each movement.


Notes:
- Make sure to maintain proper form throughout each movement to prevent injury.
- Push yourself during the work intervals, but listen to your body and modify as needed.
