- Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
- Resistance Band Bicep Curls
- Resistance Band Shoulder Press
- Resistance Band Bent Over Rows
Skill Emphasis: Focus on maintaining tension throughout each movement, especially during the eccentric (negative) phase.
Notes: Choose a resistance band that challenges you for each movement. Rest 1 minute between each Tabata movement.
