Tabata Skill Resistance Band

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement:
    • Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
    • Resistance Band Banded Push-Ups
    • Resistance Band Rows
    • Resistance Band Banded Squats
    • Resistance Band Russian Twists

Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
- Complete 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next.
- Score is the lowest number of reps completed in any of the 8 rounds for each movement.
- Rest 1 minute between movements.
- Adjust resistance band tension as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
