Tabata Strength Resistance Band

Tabata:
- Resistance Band Good Mornings
- Resistance Band Rows
- Resistance Band Squats
- Resistance Band Push Press


Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds.
- Rest 1 minute between each movement.
- The score is the total number of repetitions completed across all 4 movements.

- Choose a resistance band that challenges you for each movement.
- Focus on maintaining good form and full range of motion throughout the Tabata intervals.
