  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds of Resistance Band Mountain Climbers
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds of Resistance Band High Knees
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds of Resistance Band Burpees
  • 10 seconds rest

Instructions:
- Complete each exercise for 8 rounds in Tabata style (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest).
- Rest 1 minute between each exercise.
- Focus on maintaining a fast pace and high intensity throughout the workout.
