  • Round 1: Max Effort Handstand Push-ups
  • Round 2: Resistance Band Pull-aparts
  • Round 3: Max Effort Handstand Push-ups
  • Round 4: Resistance Band Bicep Curls
  • Round 5: Max Effort Handstand Push-ups
  • Round 6: Resistance Band Tricep Extensions
  • Round 7: Max Effort Handstand Push-ups
  • Round 8: Resistance Band Rows

Instructions:
- Perform each exercise for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds.
- Score is total number of Handstand Push-ups completed.
- Choose a resistance band that challenges you but allows for proper form.
