- Round 4: Resistance Band Bicep Curls
- Round 5: Max Effort Handstand Push-ups
- Round 6: Resistance Band Tricep Extensions
- Round 7: Max Effort Handstand Push-ups
- Round 8: Resistance Band Rows
Instructions:
- Perform each exercise for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds.
- Score is total number of Handstand Push-ups completed.
- Choose a resistance band that challenges you but allows for proper form.
