Tabata Strength Resistance BandTabata Style (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds):
- Resistance Band Deadlifts
- Resistance Band Shoulder Press
- Resistance Band Bent Over Rows
- Resistance Band Squats
